Motorized Focus/Zoom & Iris on Helicopter

Ok, so last time you guys helped me to find a great stabilization head to use while filming from a boat.

Well now looks like our client wants to shoot from the air too =). I've done it once before w/ a tyler mount from the side door of the helicopter (w/ and HDX900) but I'm being told that the heli we'll be flying in has a video ball mount. I'm not sure what kind yet.

What I was hoping to get schooled on was how some of you rigged up a motorized gear/servo set up to control focus, zoom and iris.

If it's a Wescam or Spacecam should have a built in Preston system.
