Do we need RED Mini-primes? There are many lenses available in the market, like this one (link).
Well, the Angenieux might be a little old, not the best sharpness, etc. But there might be other brand making C mount lenses, maybe.

There are many, many zooms available to cover a 2/3" sensor. Inexpensive quality primes, now that's another matter. Perhaps the question should be "RED, could you consider making B4 and PL (for Super-16 glass) adapters to RED Mini-mount?" This way the mount itself does not need to be changed on the camera, the adapter could live on the zoom.
