Mini-XLR to XLR for rev. 1 audio board

I'm trying to wire a mini-XLR to XLR cable for a Red One with rev. 1 audio board. I've searched all the old posts but the diagrams and images are no longer online. Is it correct that I connect the 680Ω resistors inline to the hot and cold (pins 2 and 3) and then connect a 200KΩ resistors between pin 2 and pin 1 and another 200KΩ between pin 3 and pin 1? So there are 4 resistors in each cable?

Does anyone have a diagram or photograph of the old audio cable?
