I know we are talking a bit in 2 threads now, but they said on a Youtube comment that they think they found the main issue and are now making a new video about it. They didn't mention yet what the issue was, but I guess we will have to watch their new video for that.
Have you seen their video on Logic? The Mac Mini could handle about 3 times the amount of tracks as the Intel one, and export times were about 4x the Intel version. Very funny review, btw.

I'm using the m1 macbook air and loving it so far, although its only 13 inch tiny display is what I absolutely abhor about it, but the rest is great.

Faster? Maybe in speed at some level but there are far more reasons to be using a tower than speed.
