:) (!)

Watched Scrooge (1951 version) twice yesterday, sad Xmas Eve tradition for me... and always bah Humbug on Xmas day!

Some Xmas smileys just for you... :smile5::001_smile:

Have a merry rest of the day - and a good Boxing Day tomorrow (another UK thing to google :)

Not seen the CGI version... a Scrooge thread and poll is needed - which is the best Scrooge version... second choice for me is Muppet Christmas Carol ;)

I launched my Christmas film watching with "eyes wide shut", one of my favorite Christmas Day releases of all time. :)

I like "Scrooged" -- introduced my kids to it a few days ago. :)

The Jim Carrey all CGI telling of the story was a bit too steeped in 3D gimmickry for my tastes. And some of the gimmickry does not translate well to plain ol' 2D viewing, but it's still a nice telling of the story.

And yeah, I'm kinda with Andy on this. I'm the local Scrooge. So, Bah Humbug to ye all! ;)

this explains why the ghost of Christmas present segment sucked so bad. Lazy 3d. :)
