Here is another great episode of the "What not to do in a RED workflow" series.

So I am in Montreal and I received footage on hard drive from a production company in Vancouver to cut 4 tv ads. I'm working with the proxies on FCP. Half way thru the offline process, I'm told the online will be in Toronto. They will receive HDCAM SR tapes with all the footage on it. They also want transfer lists for timing.

So here is the question... How am I supposed to deliver transfer lists for tapes that I didn't do so that it matches files (the proxies and R3Ds) with no tape names?

Thanks a lot...

Depends how the SR's were laid down because there's a small chance that it has the R3D timecode on there (Scratch can do this). In that case, it would conform just fine. If not, then you're kinda SOL.
