Hi all,

This has probably been asked already but is there a way to map a key on the side handle to a specific res & frame rate i.e. 3Kws @ 60fps and 4kws @36fps? I can map keys to the frame rate menu but not the specific setting itself. It would be so handy for run & gun & I love the new ws modes in the new beta. I like going back to 25ps quickly after shooting high speed so I can record audio so this function would be a blessing if possible.

Thanks!

Thanks Maik, excellent stuff though I'm still having a few issues! I've managed to save as a preset with the key action as as motion button on the side handle (SH movie select) but when I hit the switch, it still applies the key action as "Focus Mode motion". I don't appear to be applying the key correctly as I can only my access my new custom preset through the presets menu.

any advice?

Doh, you just apply the key through the settings menu not in the preset menu!

thanks Maik for all your help and swift reply!

what a neat function this is. Can't wait to try it out.

Hehe, i'm glad you found it. At first sight this system might look complicated, but once you've done your first presets it's all logical and powerful.
Yep, you can even save button-actions into presets and with a bit of work you could set your camera up to cycle between more than one presets using the S/M-switch...
