RED Station Compact Flash Reader eSATA/FW800/USB2.0. Now £40 NO VAT, or reasonable offer (was £70) (a new one costs Euro 245 or £190 excl VAT). Comes with Universal AC Mains power supply, and eSATA & Firewire800 cables, a USB to DC power cable, and a 2” Red Station Power Coupler cable.
Unlike consumer CF card readers from Lexar and Sandisk, this uses the same robust compact flash interface as the camera, and can be relied on NOT to overheat and corrupt transfers if offloading many Red CF cards in a short amount of time.
Also works as a very fast CF card reader for CF media in general, not just Red's.
