L&T not loading the whole clip Just segments

Hey all,

Has anyone had any issues will loading in 4kHD footage or any Red footage Through teh log and transfer and some clips only loading a small portion of the clip.

Like a 2 min clip will load the first 42sec

We are shooting 4KHD 16:9 RC28 and Loading in at ProRES 422 (HQ) it only happens to some shots not all of them.

also there is no error message or anything to show that they loaded in wrong
we discovered the clips where not full when we Multi clipped the footage and one camera would run out before the others.


Any help would be appreciated.

Not seen exactly this but we did find something that affected clips that ran across multiple R3D files. The circumstances were (sounded?) different than what you describe but it could be related. It's fixed and will be out in the next release although I can't give a specific date at the moment.

I have found that if you retry the clips and do not put the L&T window in the background, chances are it will work correctly the second time.
