Hi ,
Our Komodo X is currently not working with a WiFi network .
After checking the settings, we noticed that the field where the MAC address is indicated is empty.
Who has encountered such a problem and how can it be solved ?
Thanks

I think this happens when you boot with "Mode: Disabled" but it should get the MAC once you enable it.

No , MAC address always shown - no difference - enable or disable . If You have Komodo X , You can see it in Menu

Sorry, don't have a KX here, so I was guessing a bit because the settings are the same in Komodo OG or Raptor. I'd try a factory reset and then enable WiFi and check if it gets a MAC with Ad-Hoc.

Then it's probably time to open a support ticket.

This often indicates a camera hardware failure affecting the wireless components. Submit a request at support.red.com.
