Is there anyway to add another processor to my Mac?

I have a single processor Mac G5 Tower, is it possible to upgrade this computer to something that would be able to handle REDCODE RAW well enough? Is it possible to buy an extra processor for it?

G5? No version of the G5 series could handle RED footage, you need an intel processor at the least.

Sadly, a G5 is ancient history at this point. Hard to give 'em away nowadays.

The problem is not just the processor's power. It's also that I do not believe anyone is making software to process .r3d files that runs on a G5.
