Is there a different Red Rocket (not X) for a Mac and a PC?

I just bought a second Red Rocket card (they're dirt cheap on EBay now, and I have an Epic-X at 5K). It was a pull from a Mac, but I'm putting it in my PC. One thing is, the board is red whereas my existing one is green - part of the reason why I think there might be a difference in some way.

But the real issue is - it doesn't work. Windows doesn't see the new one. I've put in both at the same time, then just one at a time in the same slot. My first works; the second doesn't. Obviously it could be a bad card despite that they said it was working when they pulled it. But first I wanted to see if I bought something that can't work on my PC. (RED is closed already and I'm working daytimes to where it's easier to start asking here).

Both are the same and work on both PC and Mac.
