Hello Red Team,
You guys are massively intelligent and very busy, but the latter could be leading to some inconsistencies in how you refer to your own "stuff".

I point this out because although I'm sure you guys know what you meant or mean - there still is some ambiguity in the nomenclature for the prudent readers. And at the rate at which you guys introduce new stuff or improve it, we customers really shouldn't be making assumptions on whether you have many names for the same product or if in fact have a few similar functioning items with different names.

For example:

Batteries:
on the 2/3 Fixed Scarlet Pricing page is referred to as:
RedVolt Battery & Travel Charger

on the Epic/Scarlett Module Pricing:
Battery Module with 2 Standard Batteries

on the Red Store Web page:
Red Brick & Red Charger

So are these 6 different items - or all just the 2 same items: a Red Brick and Red Charger?

With utmost respect,
Lonnie

p.s. for what it's worth - I'm not nitpicking - David Mullen's COST OF SCARLET really got me pondering my future purchases and thus a little research into future "stuff" pricing ensued...

The RED Brick is the original battery and charger for the RED ONE.
The RedVolt is the new Battery name for Epic/Scarlet. There are at least two versions of the RedVolt, standard and large.

Red Charger is for the original batteries. The new batteries will have a new charger.

Its a very good point, thanks for raising it.

RED BRICK 140 is the V-mount compatible solution originally designed for RED ONE.

RED CHARGER is the companion charger for RED BRICK 140 batteries.

REDVOLT and REDVOLT XL are the new plug in batteries for Scarlet and EPIC systems.

Thanks for the clarification on the battery components, gents...

thanks for the clarification.

I take it there's a charger specifically for the REDVOLT?

Do you know how many maH the respective REDVOLT batteries will have? How do you see them being used as compared to the RED Bricks?

thanks,
-J
