How to post on Red Market Place?

Trying to put my Red Gemini up for sale, but it says I do not have permission to create a thread in the Red Marketplace. Tried finding the rules for posting and had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't remember the duration but you cannot post for a brief period after joining.
