Hidden benefit of Scarlet HDR

Add this one to Zeno's paradox. It would seem that the very addition of HDR to scarlet, to those who voted no on the grounds of a lower price and sooner release date, is the very feature that will in fact guarantee Scarlet's release with no more "major" price increases or delays. "Minor" features and price increase possible; I use minor as a relative term compared to the major astronomical value that HDR adds.

Now I can firmly believe that Scarlet will be released within Red's estimated timeline. Before HDR there lingered the possibility of them tacking on something more, but now, there's no question that HDR is the last "major" feature left to add!

I think you are right... Jim finally seems happy that they have achieved something that is on par/better than shooting film. DR seemed like the final hurdle.

Hopefully they will now set the current specs as final and move towards the finish line.
