HELP: Strange Color Banding or something happening

Anyone know what this strange color banding is from and how I can resolve it?

Currently running firmware V6.3.106 December 21, 2017

Did they stop providing firmware updates for this build or something?

Camera is a Scarlet Dragon 6K w/ 609.4 hrs runtime
