Ive got a replacement battery to put in my Redmote. Ive removed the 4 screws from the back of the Redmote but cannot for the life of me get the back of the Redmote off. Anyone any ideas why it wont come off ?? Its not worth sending back to Red to replace.

I actually did this a year or two ago. From what I remember you just need to persistently pry the parts apart, use a spudger or similar. From what I recall there will also be a tricky cable connected to a PCB that needs to be removed and reattached. I managed to break something with one of the two springs in the mechanism for releasing the Redmote from the rear of camera. I'd suggest getting a place that is used to dealing with equipment like this to perform it.
