  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Help!! Anyone experienced this

Realized a few days ago my Dragon monitor stopped responding. I changed the cable and its responding but in preview mode the image breaks it isn't fluid feels like I'm on 12fps but once I press the record button the preview is fluid and doesn't jitter. Playback isn't responding too.

Any ideas please. I have to go on my laptop to playback

i would update the firmware and blackshade, check your settings, and if the problem doesn't resolve itself there send in a log file to support

It's tough, because my first instinct is to tell you to wipe the camera settings.... But you're kind of SOL getting through the menu system. See if the camera update works, because it usually resets all the settings anyway.

I only restored to fact settings. Should I try the camera wipe instead? I also updated the firmware but haven't blackshaded yet so let me try these options and get back to you guys. Appreciate the help guys

Black shading has no effect on screen performance.
If you have access to a other touch screen I would try that, to narrow down if the problem is the camera body or the screen.
