Filter Tests

[Daniel Porto]

Hi,

A while back I shot with every single filter at a major rental company that I worked for... colour effects, soft effects, hard and soft grads, nets EVERYTHING even at the different various kelvin ratings within camera. If anyone would like a copy of these tests for there own references and to see what effects the different filters have let me know and I'll figure out a way to give them to you

That would be a really great thing to share Daniel.....

There have been a few tests and I think Tiffen did a big one with their diffusion filters some time ago but would love to see yours.

Thank you

Yes with pleasure.

Sounds like an amazing resource if you can share, would definitely be keen to check out.

Thanks for the replies guys! Uploading to GoogleDrive as we speak I think you will enjoy this Database not just for the Special Effects filters but even the Colour filters. To be able to go to '80B Filter' being shot in 'SHADE' with the camera set to '3200K' and then see what it looks like (file will be called in this case '80B_SHADE_3200K') will hopefully help people lock in their look prior to the grade.
