Vincent's Table is a story about a couple on their maiden trip to Europe, only to get caught up with a ruthless art thief closing in on the art world's best kept secret. Our couple is busy uncovering a secret of their own, and when the two paths cross, someone will need to die.

120 pages

I wote this screenplay maybe 5 years ago, and have been tinkering with it ever since. I sure would love a serious read or two. Some heavy time and research went into this story - full of mystery, intrigue, the dark underworlds of art and human traffciking, and a 120-year-old dog that can understand sign language.

An excerpt from the novel version ...

Amelia hasn’t left the manor grounds in fifty years. There was nothing she was curious to see, and nobody she needed to visit. They had all died some time ago. Amelia, you see, is well over one-hundred years. One-hundred twenty-five, to be exact, and still quite spry, just like Gisela before her. Amelia’s faithful companion, Buddy, a handsome and affable golden retriever, is equally old. They were born on the same day, the same minute, and in the same place. What happened on that day, and in that minute, and in that place, is what Amelia’s story is all about. A story she liked to reminisce with Buddy over morning tea.
