when i go full screen in final cut (external video turned on with main monitor as the display) everything has pixelly edges. when i go full screen with the same clip in quicktime player, theres no jagged edges.
heres screenshots of both: http://zf-films.com/pixel/
so whats going on here? is my footage actually jaggy pixels like how final cut displays it? or is my footage actually just fine the way it shows up in quicktime player? or is quicktime player adding some kind of anti-alias thing when you go full screen and its not a true representation?
this is 1080p pro res 422 files, created with redcine from a 5k 2:1 .r3d is this caused by weird scaling artifacts from not shooting in an "hd friendly" format? or is this final cut bug? need some light shed on this, thanks!!
