Extreme green tint help

I'm at my wit's end with a frustrating issue I'm encountering with my Red Epic Dragon 6K camera. I'm experiencing a severe green tint in raw recording mode and strange lines appearing in my footage.

As you can see in the attached images, the green tint is incredibly strong and affects the entire image, making usable footage impossible. Additionally, the lines in the live view are concerning and seem to only show during shadows/dark areas in the scene.

• Firmware Version: 6.3.106
• Lens: Canon EFS 18-135mm

I'm starting to suspect a sensor issue or some other hardware problem, but I'm hoping someone here might have encountered a similar problem or have some insights before I send it in for repair.
