essential differences between Scarlet and Red One???

Aside the resolution difference and price gap between Scarlet (3K) and Red One (4K), what are the essential differences between the two cameras.

What do you get with Red One that you can't get with Scarlet?

After all, there's a huge price difference between the $3,000 Scarlet and the $17,500 Red One. So resolution aside, what else do you get for spending an extra $14,500 to get Red One over Scarlet.

The pricing of the two cameras are not exactly based on the same parameters -- Jim Jannard hopes to sell a lot of Scarlets and thus get the benefits of economy of scale. So you aren't really comparing $3000 worth of features to $17,500 worth of features. But the obvious physical difference is that the RED ONE has a 35mm-sized sensor and takes cine lenses, whereas the Scarlet has a 2/3" sensor and has a permanent zoom lens attached.
