Does anyone know how to make the " 0x00000001d" error go away in the Epic MX? I know RED no longer looks at them... any at home fixes or third party repair people that can make this go away?

I still repair them it's normally a hardware issue (ISP or IOB or both). You can send it to me and I can check it out to see what's going on but if it turns out to be the ISP I can no longer repair.

Two questions Joshua,

1. If you can repair it, what would that cost and how fast would the turnaround time be
2. if you can't what do you recommend i do?

If I can repair you'd be looking at $ $350-800 for the hardware repair or cable replacement.

If it can't be repaired I would recommend finding a really cheap epic mx.

I dont have an epic, but i was interested in one that was super cheap on ebay that had this issue... staying away from it now, just seems like to big a hassle
