[SOLD]
RED EPIC X BRAIN
The camera has 75 hours of runtime, an extremely low amount of hours for the Epic-X cameras available on the market. I used the camera to record live concerts in 30-60 minute intervals in indoor, staged conditions. The camera has not been exposed to environmental conditions that could affect operation. I am the original owner of the camera listed for sale. I have been the sole operator of the camera, which has always been in my possession and stored properly. The camera has not been rented.

Red AC power adapter
Red camera case
Original boxes (for those boxes pictured)
PACKAGE PRICE
$14,000 USD
EPIC-X BRAIN ONLY
$10,999 USD
RED TOUCH MONITOR
The Red touch monitor allows for immediate, interactive control of settings. The monitor has a faint mark on the display that doesn't affect function or picture quality.
RED ADAPTER & QUAD BATTERY MODULE
The adapter allows for use of interchangeable Red modules (+1, Pro I/O - not included). Here, the adapter connects the camera brain to the quad battery module, allowing the camera to be powered by Red's lightweight lithium-ion batteries - the Redvolt and the Redvolt XL. The battery module allows for use of up to 4 Redvolts, 2 Redvolt XLs, or 1 Redvolt XL and 2 Redvolts in combination. You can also use a V-mount module for Red or 3 party brick batteries, though you will need to purchase those items separately.
BATTERIES & QUAD CHARGER
The auction includes 4 Redvolt XL batteries. The batteries are lithium ion and fast charge to 80% using this quad charger in under 90m. The percentage and duration times are shown in the photos. There is some natural degradation to the batteries. A rapid charge of 60% and 50+ minutes, conservatively, is realistic. The Red quad charger accepts two Redvolt XL batteries at one time. It will blink red-green if the batteries are too warm from recent use. Occasionally it will red-blink during normal use. This is a known, though infrequent issue. Sometimes swapping the batteries may help.
FIRMWARE
The camera is running 6.3.37, the newest stable release. The new owner will need to blackshade the camera according to local temperatures. The buyer is responsible for change of ownership costs should you need continued access to Red's firmware updates.
CONDITION
All items have been used lightly. There is faint cosmetic wear typical of normal use. The Epic brain has some marks near the front 1/4 20" array. The case has a light scratch along one side as pictured.
PACKAGE
The buyer will need to purchase a lens mount particular to his or her style of filming. I have an Allstar Cine universal mount and Red Nikon mount (SOLD) listed in another auction.
Again, message me directly if you intend to bid on the item or have any questions about the items listed for sale.
