Epic W - self shutoff/won't boot!

Have an Epic W with the wooden camera drop down v-mount plate, running most current build. The camera for the past few day has randomly lost power during shooting, while rolling and cut, and while the camera was moving and while I have been on a total lock off not touching it. Today it did it and wouldn't turn back on. I boot it up and get 2 blinking green lights on the power button. Nothing on the screen. Change battery, pull mag, go AC power, same thing. Anyone have thoughts/ similar experiences?

I would disconnect and reseed all modules/accessories to see if that solves your issues. Also, hold down the power button for 20+ seconds (while the cam is off) so the camera does a minor refresh of the settings.

If none of those things fix the issue, request an RMA>

Yes to all of these things, but before requesting an RMA, try a different battery plate. Maybe yours is defective?
