Thats the title of this link

The part about Exporting synced audio with R3D, is that still viable?
It states:
NOTE: Before exporting, set your export preset to enable Export Audio and External Audio Tracks.
I cant find that External Audio Tracks option anywhere?
I dont believe the sycn is working at all.
I even hear the audion on its own after I press stop on playback.
I think Im boned with this set of files.
Scratch is barely audible and no timecode :P

As it turns out, day one had no timecode duh!!
But of course day two supposedly has it...well nope that didnt work either in RCX.
I also tested using Resovle which has always been bang on with TC.
They do have the audio wave option but that hasnt really worked for me.
So for now Ive been using trusty FCPX for sync.
I get maybe 1 out of 20 that go bad.
I cant believe this is still a PITA to this day :P

Oh and another thing.
In RCX, I cant seem to playback these 6K files smoothly in half/full.
But in FCPX 10.4.5, I am able to easily without using Proxy/Original.
And its def close to full since the image is pristine.
What gives?
