Jarred, I know you guys have probably heard this over and over again... but in the new light with Scarlet-W being officially out now, it would be sweet if you guys could consider adding the .5K recording steps (4.5K/ 3.5K/ 2.5K) to the Scarlet-X Dragon DSMC bodies also. Especially (but of course not only) in situations where run time is more important than resolution, this would be a much appreciated addition. I believe this would be greeted with a huge amount of gratitude throughout the existing Dragon Scarleteer crowd.

Thanks, man, and congratulations on such a successful release with Weapon and Scarlet-W! Nobody seems to mention it, but successfully keeping the release dates (and over delivering on every single, imaginable point) is a huge thing in my eyes! Great job, you guys!

The SCARLET-W firmware restates the claim of the CF 6.2.44 firmware, namely "Fix QT file crashing Resolve/Premier (WEAPON only)". I am still seeing QT files that create a "low-level exception error" for Premiere (doesn't crash, but doesn't import) and which crash resolve. No problems for Compressor, FCPX, nor QT player. Annoying, because I just cannot deal with FCPX, so am looking for a workable solution for Pr or Resolve.

4.5k at 24fps would be nice. Would at least offer 1.5x crop factor.

Just re-read your post. I meant for scarlet-mx but I doubt that will ever happen.

Yeah, true. Scarlet-MX is unlikely, because it maxes out at 5K 12fps. I seriously doubt that 4.5K would make 24fps possible, but who knows.

The Dragon is a different thing though, and since there's a precedent with Scarlet-W now, it would be sweet if it got enabled with the Scarlet-X D as well.
