dragon with dual audio recording?

I was doing some camera interior sound recording test today and was able to record on channel one or channel two depending which channel I hook up the mic to, but wasn't able to record on both channels at the same time? On the C300 mkii it had a setting where you could record either channels or both at the same time, does the Red Epic Dragon 6k have that option I couldn't find it in the menu. I have hook up the A-Box. Thanks

I think you use the mini jack stereo wich is an unbalanced input as you use it in stereo. So the wireing should be done properly to get both channels. Or use a breakout box/or preamp.
