I just received today my BT R1 and was eager to instal the latest Beta firmware so I can use Redcolor 3 to match my scarlet.
when I went to the website, I found the new firmware locked. It says you have to own the camera and have permission. I was fully logged in on my account and it was showing the camera delivered.
i emailed support and was very surprised to have a quick response shortly after. The only issue is that the response didn't offer any solutions. I wrote back immediately and have yet to receive a response, and the firmware is still locked.
Anyone here knows how to fix this?
