I'm trying to de-warp some EPIC 5K footage shot anamorphically (don't ask!) with a 75mm PL. Unfortunately, a lens grid chart was not available during the shoot. And I'm having a devil of a time trying to manually de-warp the footage for some corner pinned element replacement.

You could really save my bacon if you could help me out!

Don't suppose anyone has a lens grid calibration chart or checkerboard they've shot with this setup? I'd be your new best friend if you could send me a image capture of it!

If that's not available, does anyone know the de-warping values for footage like this?
Radial Distortion 1
Radial Distorion 2
Distorion Center x/y
Anamorphic Squeeze
Asymmetric Distortion

Is the 75mm lens still available? Wouldn't it be possible to just put the same lens on the camera after the fact, then shoot some test footage with a precision grid chart and figure out the errors involved?

I'm baffled as to why the lens would have this many problems beyond a simple squeeze, unless it was broken. I mean no disrespect, but it's for reasons like this that I've often suggested to my clients that they just shoot 16x9 and matte to 2.40. If they need the characteristics of anamorphic lenses -- vignetting, shorter depth of field, lens flares, and so on -- there's ways to simulate these looks in post. To me, having the ability to reframe the image in post overrides anything else with 16x9-originated material.
