My Raven is constantly showing "Edge focus" on the LCD.

I have disabled the user keys I had assigned to different tasks.

But now I cannot get a normal picture on the screen, it is blue-black with white contours.

Firmware 7.4.1

Canon EF 100-400 /4,5 - 5,6
Sigma 18-35/1,8
Sigma 50 - 100/1,8

I have disabled user keys from camera and also disabled all soft keys. Problem still exist

All user keys are disabled, and so are the soft keys. Edge focus is on all the time. Difficult to use the LCD.

Should be a software problem.

Updating firmware?

Thanks for the tip on hard restore, Daniel.

Now the Raven seems to funktion well. I have applied functions to the four user keys - 2 on the lcd and 2 on the camera - and it works just fine.

Is everything OK then?

Maybe.

I still get th N/A message on the aperture value - I problem that I didn't adress in my first post.

When mounting my Sigma 50-100 the camera says N/A for the aperture.

- But -

when mounting it very very slowly the last centimeter, the proper aperture shows up and the camera works OK.

However, I have to do this every time the Raven is restarted or I change to the Sigma 50-100.

I also have a Sigma 18-35, and that lens - and my Canon 100-400 - do not have the problem with N/A of aperture.

I was preparing for sending the camera to service, but now I can use it properly if I make the little tweak with the 50-100.

So, no troublesome, costly and time-consuming service for the time being.

Thanks Daniel.
