  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Can't download Scarlet firmware from red.com

The download button on red.com doesn't work for me. My Scarlet is on 2.0.2 and I'd like to test it with 2.0.5
On the download page it says "log in to download" and on click nothing happens, I am logged in, have tried several approaches, log in first, log in after visiting download page, Safari, Firefox.

congrats to you getting the first Scarlet-X in Vienna.

The download link is obviously disabled probably till RED fix it due to the firmware version or so,...

Don't get a sort of dizzy at the beginning and a lot of patience is a way to go all the time otherwise the thing could finished like a PB case,...
 
Hehe, I'm patient, very used to working with (around) flaws of cameras, have always been a guerilla, and shooting DSLR should definitely make you "stronger" in that sense, right...
Also, here the benefits definitely outweigh everything else :) love this brick right now. Far from a PB case from my standpoint.
