Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R 0.71x for V-Raptor

Is it possible to use the Canon .71x mount adapter focal reducer on the V-raptor or will it hit the sensor glass? Thank you for helping.

People have used the Canon adapter - not many great solutions for adapter support to bolt the adapter to the body/cage from what I've seen.
