Hi,
I´ve been shooting with our company´s Red One thees 2 days, the shooting went well, but when I export from redcine-x to appel prores 4444 and hq i get this turquoise spots (see pictures). how do i not get thees spots?

And there is an other problem. some folders have clips that cannot be opened.
the message i get when i put the marker on the file, is "failed to open"
I can see the clips when I open them in quicktime

Please contact support about this. We'd like to take a look at the clips.

Chances are that the clips that aren't opening were bad copies.

The "failed to open" is now fixed and the pictures are very nice.
The problem here is that we can´t used the norwegian letters "æ,ø,å", to name the folder that we put the files in.

But the export from redcine-x build 54 to appel prores 4444/hq has turquoise spots.
should I still contact support?

Deanan and the people in RED is looking at this problem, and hopefully they will have a solution for this :)

What I did was taking down the "highlight" in RCX, and then the spots was gone.
