build 21 upgrade problem

Hi guys,
does anybody knows why the upgrade to build 21 can't be done??I tried on three cameras already the same problem after selecting the upgrade option from the camera in 2 seconds or so the message with "upgrade failed" appears.

Are you taking just the "upgrade" folder? Let me know when you have a chance.

Try downloading a new fresh firmware Build 21, the one you have maybe corrupted.

Make sure you format the CF card using the camera before copying the "Upgrade" folder to the CF.

Give that a try?

What firmware version are you upgrading from?

WARNING:
Read all instructions contained in the installation files before upgrading. Before upgrading to Build 21, you must have first upgraded to Build 16 or any later build. Once the RED ONE is upgraded to Build 21, you will NOT be able to roll back to Build 15 or earlier builds.

I tried 21.4.1 and yes I took only the "Upgrade" folder and I formatted the cf card in the camera that I tried to upgrade before copying!!I will try to download again the folder although I tried this in 2 different days!! I was trying to upgrade from build 20 and 17.I'm running out of options!
