This may be a stupid question, but I will ask anyway for those of us that are stupid. Perhaps the professionals out there could shed some light.
The more I read about the RED and all the new imaging technologies as of late, I'm beginning to see just how much science there is to the craft of cinematography. I grasp most of these concepts, but do not understand on a fundemental level, what a most of it means.
I was just wondering, besides all the wonderful books written about composition and lighting, what books videos schools magazines focus on the science of the craft? Hopefully with a digital focus?
