Blend multiple camera projections in nuke?

If you have an object that needs to be cleaned and you have to do a cleanplate for first, middle and last frame. What is the best way to blend between the different projections? I see that mergmat is popular but it has no blend option. Do you have to run all three in the scanlinerender and then fade between them? Im guessing there a better way.

In "Flight" i'm pretty sure they used Ocula add on to Nuke to blend projections. Only way i know how to do it with normal nuke is with scanline. Nuke 8, should be able to do it with the deep merges, when that comes out soon.
