If somebody is interested in testing a new plugin I have posted it on Liquid forum. Link here.
It does allow use Red files on Liquid timeline with Redcine like controls for debayer and primary color correction.
Fully keyframeable.
Also has global debayer quality control besides per clip control.
So you can edit at lower quality, delete render files and rerender from 4K.
