I'm on our 1st day of shooting at Pine Ridge Indian reservation in South Dakota, and I'm having trouble getting any audio at all...I have record enabled each port and have had no luck. We're running a Neuman shotgun mic with the Phantom Power turned on in the camera. I've checked all levels and I get nothing, even when I turn the input level up, I get no feedback or any levels in the headphones...It is dead silence. Headphones work fine elsewhere. (and the audio levels don't pop up on the LCD). I usually never run sound through the camera, as we usually keep separate sound (dat) but we're here without any other means to record what we need. I've never had this problem before. Is there something I'm forgetting to do? Or dose is sound like a dead audio board?...I would think it would be something simple...Anyone?...Help!!!!!!
