Audio Sync - Why am I getting "[...] is not valid, ignoring for auto match"?

I'm having the darnest time trying to get audio and video to auto-sync in RCX. When I point it to my audio folder (6-channel WAV files at 48khz with embedded timecode), it spits them all out as "...not valid, ignoring for auto match."

I'm fairly confident there's nothing wrong with the audio files as I've manually synced several of them by timecode already in Final Cut, but I'd rather avoid the time consuming task of needing to manually sync all of them. What am I overlooking?

Can you verify there is valid timecode on the audio files? I would use a utility like Wave Agent (free from Sound Devices) to check the sound files and make sure the timecode rate is correct.

I think as a general workflow rule, I think it's a better idea to sync up sound in the edit program, and only use RedCineX Pro for doing a best-light for offline editing purposes.
