the monitor you linked is a computer monitor

PANASONIC and JVC are real brodcast monitor and can't be used as primary monitor for your computer, thay neads to be connected using HD SDI output from a dedicated card such as AJA or BM

Without having used the one you've reported, in the 4000-5000$ range
JVC DT-V24L1DU 24-INCH BROADCAST STUDIO MONITOR $4,695.00 is the best!

From what I can tell, the product in that link is supposed to be a broadcast monitor. It has HD-SDI and Component inputs. Just because something has a DVI input, doesn't make it a computer monitor at heart. Look at Sony's new top of the line BVM-L display.
I am not claiming that the monitor linked to is necessarily good, but it might deserve a second look.
