Anarmophic mode questions (Phil?)

Hello,

I would like to shoot my next projects with anamorphic lenses.

Weapon only supports anamorphic mode 1.3 and 2.0, correct?

Why not 1.5 and 1.8? Would it be possible with a firmware upgrade?

Monstro did get a 1.8X update. I own the Vazen FF 1.8X primes.

1.5X and 1.6X not in there however.

V-Raptor has everything as of now.

Anamorphic is a weird one. A few years back cameras only really needed 1.3X and 2X. RED did well to add a couple older and newer standards in there. Clearly V-Raptor was designed with deep anamorphic support in mind. We just have been getting a lot of new anamorphic glass in the last smidge of time that is far more accessible.

It would be nice to see a 1.5X update as more stuff is coming for that lately. Most modern cameras benefit a great deal from 1.8X optics and 2X is the gold standard for S35 anamorphic still really.
