Ever tried to match a DVX to the RED?

I've got a folder full of DV clips from the DVX-100 that I need to up-res to be included in a RED documentary. My preferred workflow is InstantHD Advanced, which only works in After Effects.
Am I doomed to making 500 separate compositions in AE? Or is there a way I can get AE to read a folder of clips and apply the effect I'd like to each of them before rendering?
I know this is slightly OT, but it's that dang crisp picture from the RED that's making me do this!
