Hi All , First time poster, loooong time reader.
So, generally, I am fairly pleased with the whole Scarlet thang. Great tool that essentially allows me and my work to take a forced step up.
After shooting a few shorts (its part of a very small business I run) I wanted to ask for some, or any feedback on an example video I have made. The client is stoked which is great, but I am still musing on the ideal nature of what I achieve with the camera.
I've got most of it nailed from sound to sharpness (running around with three 20 year old nikon primes that have served me well for about 6 years), simple lighting setups, but I wanted to get peoples take on the picture overall.
I am seeing a lot of video running around now for the scarlet and red in general, and without sounding like a goose, I feel like I am missing something in the quality of picture coming up. Feedback would be welcome and as always on these forums, I hope it serves others well for learning and picking up their game.
