Lots of people had been asking about my workflow so here are some basic key elements.
I really like the 4 k workflow for a small operation business, it is so perfect for me all things consider I seem to have hit the perfect sweet spot of affordability and workability I dont see anything in the market this good as an alternative option today.
So here is a quick breakdown:

Really basic camera package:

Scarlet body
2x 64 SSD cards
4x brick batteries
Nikon glass

Adobe Workflow :

First step: Cine X basic color correction white balance basic exposure adjustments, don't use sharpening or grain yet.

Use Premiere to edit render to create a proxy.
You can render a hole Music video in less than 20 minutes basic computer power @ 2K proress or Avid format.
Use Proxy footage in AE to grade and apply a look and "online render" using R3D reference files this allows me to move fast but use all available data using adjustment layers from in and out points
I get from premiere.
Use AE nose reduction plugins.
Use AE compositing basic tracking and VFX.

I love how I can copy and paste a hole timeline from Premiere into AE I replace footage and turn the layers into Adjustment layers to get in and out color gradeing spots and go to town it is super fast to edit, render and grade.

I hope that helps
