If you see a deal just list it - for Black Friday/cyber Monday. Bunch of nice huge deals on vue, mocha, and nuke. I just picked up vue xstream for 50% off, I btw didn't see the deal listed anywhere but on their checkout page(vue stream is a uber maya plugin that cost normally around $2k, so was hard for a indie like me to justify).

i need to buy around 200terabytes of fast 8t drives, so searching around for that (I might go 6t) ... So looking for a deal on that.

Is anyone else seeing these insane deals on Sachtler heads/tripods/anything or is it just me?

EDIT: Michael beat me to it!

EDIT2: I've been using the Filmtools website to compare street price vs the Black Friday price.

Formatt has 20% off on some items and an additional 25% off all items that ends on the 30th. I used this to order some Firecrest screw-on NDs.

Hi Stacey!

What was the price all in/taxes, shipping and USD, please/filter, say 77mm, and quantity?

Thank you very much

I did the same thing as Stacey, ordered the Firecrests in 77mm from .3 thru 2.1, and the total with shipping and exchange was $517 and change. I believe the higher densities are a little more expensive, but my total for the 7 filters was just shy of $74/filter average. Normally they're anywhere between $110-125 per filter, so it was a decent savings.

I couldn't find the 4x5.65" filters on the Formatt-Hitech website, but fortunately there is another group purchase of 4x5.65" Firecrests that Mike Quill was putting together in Phil's Firecrest thread. It's looking like there'll be pretty good savings there too, right around 27-28% discount with the current number of people on board (around $2100 for a set from .3 - 2.1, hopefully even better as not quite finalized yet)...if anyone is in the market for the 4mm 4x5.65" Firecrests (or any other filters for that matter), I'd reach out to Mike asap. He's getting them through a 3rd party filter company that can get just about anything, I'm told. So I'll be decking my halls with filtration, it seems.

The firecrests, especially the 2.1 to 3.0 field kit would be awesome - my normal ND's just fall apart at the higher stops. I don't think those firecrests are on sale at the 4x5.65. I'm unfortunately though in post production hell, none of those cool camera bits for me right now. So anything that speeds up post is my top priority - just picked up plantfactory for 50% off ;)

[i'll send a note to Mike ... maybe I can get in on that action ...]
