Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)
As of now it's only the msata ssd. A new side module is no problem but it would be very expensive and since I don't know the demand, its not the first thing in my mind.

Here you find more information where to get and how far we are. :)
Yeah so I tested it directly on a friends RED One and did function instantly. You must be on the latest firmware. Also another friend did received another one and had no issues so far. Funny to see like 4-6hours recording time on them. Also it’s like the only option for anyone with RED ONE and...
Thank you for your kind words! We don’t wanna see so many very good cinema cameras dead because you won’t get any new, trustful media for them. Also funny to have 960gb on RED ONE® which was never produced like that. Haha

So ive got 960gb on Red One running (first working media over 512gb), DSMC1 and DSMC2. Due to very very extensive testing we've found an "bug" which appears only in very rare moments but since we want that the media is as safe as the original mini mags I have to change the configuration. Also...
I will, just a matter of time. I even dig so deep, I changed compression without changing any setting on the camera itself. Nice to record 8K 25fps 5:1 for 40min on a 480gb SSD. 😂
