Video is private now, what broke?

It would be nice to see major updates, not necessarily new cameras but firmware updates or hardware updates. Hell I'd even pay to send my Komodo x in if I could get more features out of the camera. Give me 32 bit float, reliable auto focus and the komodo x is now better than the fx5

Does changing my iso value in redcine x change my middle grey? I understand shooting higher iso to protect highlights and the opposite for shadows but does changing iso in redcine x after it was shot still have the same effect? I feel like its a dumb question but then why even adjust iso when...

This is intresting, I live in New Mexico and have been shooting the Rio Grande for a few years. The water is very low, even though Meta doesn't use the water from Rio Grande it does open alot of debate about data centers in New Mexico and how much water they are really using.

Let me know what you have. Thanks!

This is crazy! I feel bad for the people who make a living doing drone work. They are probably worried this will pass. In the security world there is a NDAA compliant cameras that allows chinese cameras to be installed in US government buildings. It basically says the ip camera is not calling...

I have a camera back now made by Dakine its pretty old, I do like the backpack style i just haven't found one that keeps everything secure inside and is big enough.

Hey everyone, Thinking of picking up a pelican case for my gear for travel. Did you get the foam or the TrekPak divider system? I feel like the foam is more secure as you cut it out to the shape you want, but then your stuck with that shape unless you change it out. what did you guys go with?

Hi Chase, Do you still have the Komodo X?

Music videos, weddings, stock footage and recently offroad sports. It's hard to get in and out of a RZR with a fully rigged raptor lol. Plus I'm a one man band so I'm lugging everything myself in the desert sun. Komodo is just more friendly for run and gun stuff I do.

Yes there should be an option to trigger a snapshot, usually its motion in the frame. Then you can set it to email you that photo. Unfortunately they will probably just be jpg. Ip cameras and nvrs are ment to run 24/7 so there designed to save as much storage as possible.

They won't be a raw format they will be in jpg, tiff or some other standard picture file. I've never seen a ip camera export a raw photo as you don't want your camera photo or video to be edited (digital water mark, court, legal issues) hope this helps!

Hi All, I'm selling my red v raptor s35 camera, great camera just a bit to much for what I do. Thought I give it a new home to someone who will use it better. Camera is in great condition with only 22 hours of use. Here is everything included. Red v raptor s35 (with original box) 8sinn top...

Never driven any of these but I wouldn't buy a vehicle that didn't have 4x4 or all wheel drive. You just never know when you'll need it.

This is surprising! Unfortunately I don't think this is a good move. How often do big companies acquire smaller companies and keep everything the same? Sure things will stay the same for a bit but eventually I see red being completely absorbed into Nikon. I can't blame Jim, he's getting up there...

Are they standard antennas? my raptor attenna looks like someone took sandpaper to it becuase it was rubbing in a backpack.
