  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

    Jet Pack bat. adapter won't work

    I have a Scarlet and I can't get my Anton Bauers to power the camera. I'm using a jetpack pro-x mount. Actually, the power light lights up, but that's it. The Red Volts work fine, and the AC power connector. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

    Scarlet appears to have a dead pixel.

    I was wondering if Black Shading would repair the pixel thats out. We are hoping we don't have to send it to RED. The camera is about 2 years old. What might of cause it? Any info would be great.

    Black Shading a Scarlet

    Since I have just updated the firmware, I'm about to perform my first Black Shading Cal on our Scarlet. I have the ops. manual showing me the steps, It looks straight forward but I was wondering if I have to Import and Export the Cal Maps after Black Shading Calibration. If I don't do that...
